Lindsay Lohan could not stay hidden for too long! Here is the first pic of Lindsay Lohan taking a little break from her rehab stay at Cirque Lodge rehab clinic in Orem, Utah…

She looks happy! Must be the cigarette she’s carrying keeping her at ease. It’s a horrible habit, but sure does calm the nerves. She has alot to be nervous about once she ends her stay at this rehab facility. Seems she is being sued and sued and sued some more. Everyone wants a piece of Lindsay’s money. Not only that, she could face jail time for her DUIs and Cocaine possesion.

107.5 “The River” (WRVW) radio personality/intern Adam, stated on air and on his personality page on August 7 that he spotted country singer, Kellie Pickler, behind the wheel of a black Mercedes in a Nashville McDonalds drive-thru and appeared to be inebriated.

“Obviously this girl has had tooo much to drink and shouldn’t be behind the wheel of her car. Could she be Nashville’s own Lindsay Lohan???”

What is Kellie’s response to these accusations??

Well, Pickler joined the morning crew(next morning) in the studio, along with her publicist and manager, to take on the team’s accusations.

Kellie, who sounded like she was nearly crying, proclaimed that, “It’s not ‘my side of the story,’ it’s the truth. I feel like I’m on trial and being convicted of something I didn’t do from some of Adam’s observations.”

Kellie was worried small children may have heard Adam’s on-air accusations. “There’s kids that listen to your station. They’re fans of mine too, probably. I don’t want them to think that I’m out drunk-driving, I mean, because it’s not right and that I’m a role model for these little girls and little boys and some parents. That hurts me, that you would get on here and say that about me when it’s false. If it were true, go ahead run your mouth all you want. When it’s not even true, it hurts.

“You don’t take in consideration who I am. I’m a person. I’m a human being, and sometimes people cross the line, as if celebrities are just a piece of meat that they can just cut open and throw all over the place. I’m a person. I have feelings. I have a heart. I mean, that hurts, you know? And to have false things said about you and lies, yeah, you know you take the good with the bad. I guess that’s the bad that I have to take with my job - that I have to deal with people spreading lies and talking just absolute nonsense about me. I guess I just have to get over it.”

The whole story started when the radio station recieved reports of Kellie drinking (prior to McDonalds) at The Stage and Tootsie’s.

“I had half of a cocktail,” the singer replied. “I didn’t even drink the whole thing. I don’t have to drink to have a good time.”

Ahhhhh, she still got behind the wheel after drinking and was acting wild at the McDonalds. Celebs just got to be careful, I guess. Easy targets!!! Too bad it’s too late for Lindsay Lohan!

Lindsay Lohan’s friend, LA celebrity DJ Samantha Ronson, has filed lawsuits against 2 popular Hollywood gossip blogs, claiming libel.

Ronson is outraged at suggestions that the cocaine that was discovered in Lindsay’s car, after her latest accident, belonged to her. She has also become increasingly upset after she was named as the person tipping off the media about Lohan gossip - for cash. She was accused of the flash lindsay lohan pitures of Lohan passed out drunk.

Samantha named Jill Ishkanian, who runs the Sunset Photo and News Agency, as well as Mario Lavandeira, who is known as Perez Hilton on his blog, according to the NY Daily News.

Reportedly, in June, Perez Hilton made the cocaine claim that was first reported on CelebrityBabylon.com, a site operated by Sunset Photo.

After more than six weeks in rehab, Lindsy Lohan has completed her stint at Malibu treatment center Promises, PEOPLE has learned.

Lohan’s rep released this statement on Sunday: “On Friday, July 13, 2007, Lindsay Lohan successfully completed her 45 days of residential and extended care treatment at Promises. She has transitioned to an intensive outpatient program, which includes attendance at daily AA meetings, outpatient therapy and daily testing. On her own, she has also made the decision in support of her sobriety to wear an alcohol monitoring bracelet. In part she is wearing the bracelet so there are no questions about her sobriety if she chooses to go dancing or dining in a place where alcohol is served.”

Rep Leslie Sloane says of her client: “She’s doing great. Lindsay is working hard on her sobriety and we are all supporting her.”

Lindsay (who quietly turned 21 on July 2) had a chance to show off her new ankle bracelet Saturday night at Pure Nightclub in Las Vegas, where she sipped an energy drink and hung out with about ten friends. Says a clubgoer: “A lot of the attention was placed on Lindsay and she was smiling – really enjoying the evening.”

Lindsay Lohan celebrated her 21st birthday in Malibu yesterday, July 2nd. She had a barbeque out back on the beach which was loaded with paparazzi trying to get pics of her.

Lindsay stayed inside the Malibu beach house most of the time…I’m assuming it was because of the 30+ paparazzi camped outside her party. But, she got back at them alright! She got a pals camera and took her own snaps of the paparazzi!

Samantha Ronson was there! Did’nt expect that one…especially since she is rumored to have sold Lindsay out to the photogs. Glad they worked things out.

Calum Best was also there! He sat outside by the barbeque and chatted with friends while smoking his cigarette…

Lindsay Lohan celebrated her birthday at rehab and with friends(reportedly including Samantha Ronson) and family at a beachhouse in Malibu. The beachhose is rumored to belong to Courtney Cox.

Mom Dina and sis Ali were on hand as well as other family members. They, of course, brought gifts and were seen carrying Hermes and Louis Vuitton shopping bags.

Lindsay made a mad dash, exiting a white Mercedes, into the party. She left a short time after, but returned in a different vehicle…this time in a Range Rover.
